Shipping policy

I hope you have been able to find a beautiful piece of art to enjoy in your home!  Or, to give to someone you love.  It means so much to me that you have chosen to purchase my artwork.  As an art collector myself, I have enjoyed many pieces of fabulous art that has transformed my home.

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling.  Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, although during the holiday season, please allow 5-10 days for shipping.  However, shipping schedules are regulated by each carrier.  If a package is delayed, I sincerely apologize.  I will do everything possible to allow you to receive your package in a timely manner.  If your package is lost in transit, or is damaged, please contact me at karingianninifineart@gmail.com within 48 hours so that I can provide a replacement at no additional cost.  NOTE: you must provide a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
